Running Accomplishments:

Ran San Diego Rock 'n' Roll marathon twice and the timings are 3:52 Hours and 3:54 Hours in 2007 and 2009 respectively.  Completed Carlsbad Marathon 2010 in 3:52 hours.

Ran several Half Marathons in San Diego area with a PR of 1:46 Hours.

Hiked several mountains located in San Diego, Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties of the State of California.

Hiked Mt. Whitney located in the State of California (14,500 ft, the tallest in the lower 48 states of the USA) on August 25, 2009.

Today's 40 minutes training involved two interval workouts in our housing complex to avoid hilly terrain:

  1. 30:0 minutes of anaerobic threshold at 8:36 minutes/mile average pace.  This workout is uploaded to Garmin Website
  2. 9:28 minutes of speed-endurance workout involving ten repeats of 30 seconds run under 7:00 minutes/mile pace followed by 30 seconds rest.  This workout is uploaded to Garmin Website
I covered 4.79 miles and burned 479 calories.
